Remote Support Made Easy
With remote support, we now offer our clients an alternative to an in-home visit or bringing their computer in. If your computer is online and you can download our software, then just go here and click on the red button that says ‘Get Support’. Open the file after it completes downloading. You’ll be asked for your contact info so we can reach you, if needed. Reach out to us after your setup by phone or send a message on our ‘Contact Us’ page. We may not be sitting in front of our computers to be alerted. We’ll set up when you’d like for the connection to be made.
We use our secure connection and then use our remote support software to fix your computer(s) or walk you through something that has come up. Often we get calls to fix Microsoft Outlook, do tune-up or get rid of popups but we can do more.
We can perform tasks for businesses that can only do maintenance after-hours so there is minimal downtime for you. Also, we can do this proactively (for everyone) on a scheduled basis plus much more. We encourage this to minimize the treats, manage backups and anti-virus software, cleaning up any viruses that made it past security software.
